Adnan Sundra & Low (ASL) has added partners Sri Sarguna Raj, Steven Cheok Hou Cher and Nicole Chong, plus senior associate An Qi Soo and junior associate Lim Chaw Zen to the firm’s IP team in Malaysia.

Raj heads the practice group, bringing more than two decades of experience in the IP and sports law sectors, and his team from Christopher & Lee Ong (CLO). He co-founded the boutique IP firm Kandiah & Sri, which merged with CLO in 2015. His practice spans IP matters, providing support in disputes over patents and copyright.

Cheok, who became a partner at CLO in 2015, also brings experience from his partnership at Kandiah & Sri. His main practice area is IP enforcement and litigation, and media and telecoms.

Chong, recognised for her expertise in IP litigation, handles cases related to trademarks, industrial designs, copyright and patents.
