Antares Legal represented lending and digital payments start-up Resilient Innovations, which operates as BharatPe, on its recent US$108 million series D equity fundraise led by existing investor, Coatue Management.
Cooley and IndusLaw advised Coatue Management. L&L Partners advised Steadview Capital and Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Sequoia Capital, both also existing investors that took part in the funding round. The deal was announced on 11 February and has since closed.

With this funding round, BharatPe, which is currently valued at US$900 million, has raised a total of US$268 million in equity and debt. In January, the company said it had raised ₹2.49 billon (US$34 million) in debt from three venture debt providers – Alteria Capital, InnoVen Capital and Trifecta Capital.
