Principal associates Ankur Singh and Riddhima P. Murjani have been promoted as partners at Samvad Partners.
Ankur, a graduate from the National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata, joined the firm in 2017 gaining significant experience as a dispute resolution lawyer. He has appeared in all major courts including the Supreme Court of India for matters across industry sectors.
Riddhima on the other hand has expertise in domestic and cross-border M&As, venture capital, private equity and exit transactions. She has represented early stage investors as well as target companies across the various stages of investment transactions, including their exit from portfolio companies and advising unicorns on their IPOs.
