AnJie Broad has added three new partners, Li Feng, Yang Tongmei and Pan Weili, to its Shanghai office.

Li specialises in dispute resolution, corporate and commercial, labour and employment, and intellectual property matters. He has a particular focus on the automotive industry, where he advises on labour and employment, consumer matters, rights protection, corporate compliance, technology transfer and licensing.

Previously, Li was a partner at JZMC Patent and Trademark Law Office, an intellectual property law firm, and a partner and head of the labour and social security committee at DeHeng Law Offices.

Yang, who has practised at Zhong Lun Law Firm and King & Wood Mallesons, focuses on dispute resolution, especially complex cases on cross-border disputes, investment and financing, financial management, labour law, and the overlap areas in civil-criminal matters.

Before joining AnJie Broad, Pan was China general counsel at Electrolux, a Swedish home appliance manufacturer, and global general counsel at Swedish gardening machinery brand Husqvarna.

She is familiar with the legal and compliance environments in China, the Asia-Pacific, North America and Europe, and specialises in domestic and international M&A. She has led multinational companies in their outbound acquisitions of European and American companies, as well as purchasing domestic enterprises.
