Jiang, who had practised at Tahota Law Firm, Norton Rose Fulbright and CMS Hasche Sigle, specialises in cross-border M&A, inbound and outbound investment, capital markets and corporate business. She can also provide legal advice in domestic and overseas asset allocation, and wealth planning for high net-worth individuals and families.
