Harry Xia, a specialist in private equity and venture capital investment, has rejoined Han Kun Law Offices and will be based in the firm’s Shenzhen office as a partner.
Previously, he practised at Shihui Partners and JunHe.
Xia focuses on private equity and venture capital investments, M&A, foreign direct investment and outbound investment, compliance, fund formation, and offshore IPOs.
In addition to traditional industries, he also provides legal services to digital economy industries, such as blockchain, cloud computing, Web 3.0 and the metaverse, etc.
