Dear Editor,
I have just read the November issue of India Business Law Journal, which was sent to me by a friend. The magazine is great and has a wonderful look. The articles are short and crisp, with comments from well-known legal luminaries adding to the weight of the articles.
I had the pleasure of reading the article relating to arbitration (Deadlock). It is so well presented, with the flow being very straightforward and lucid. In fact, this article clearly brings out the fact that the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, needs to be amended to be in line with international laws, including the ability of courts in India to grant interim relief in aid of foreign arbitrations.
