Ragini Shah, managing partner at AMD Law Group-India has inked a strategic alliance with San Fransisco-based international peer Rimon Law to improve services for cross-border clients, especially in the Indo-US corridor.
“The goal is to expand the firm’s presence through trusted alliances across 50-plus locations globally and in over 20 areas of practice, an attraction especially for a large segment of MSMEs [micro, small and medium enterprises] looking to scale up internationally,” said Shah.

The alliance will help clients address the complexities of cross-border transactions, regulatory compliance, technology, intellectual property and more.
In line with this new alliance, Shah is also strategising her branding initiatives, with Shubham Malhotra, founder of LawStrings Management, playing a key role in establishing a stronger presence in the region.
