Sheetal Mishra and Diya Gabija have been promoted to associate partnership roles at ALMT Legal and they will be based at the corporate office in Mumbai.
Mishra joined the firm as a senior associate and is now a core member of the corporate practice. With 12 years of experience, she advises on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, data protection, media, and intellectual property law. Her background includes in-house counsel roles and significant litigation experience.
Gabija is a dual-qualified lawyer and chartered accountant with more than 15 years of experience across transaction advisory, M&A, taxation, corporate law and regulatory matters.
She joined ALMT Legal in 2021 from certified public accountant firm Zadn & Associates, where she was the director of M&A tax and regulatory.
