Phuong Tran has joined Allen & Gledhill as a partner in Ho Chi Minh City. He was most recently deputy head of legal at investment holding company Masan Group and previously a partner at the Singapore office of Vietnamese law firm YKVN for almost two years.
Phuong has more than 14 years of experience in cross-border and domestic transactions with areas of practice that include banking and finance, capital markets, corporate and commercial, M&A, and international arbitrations.
He has advised on corporate matters ranging from due diligence and negotiation to documentation and regulatory advice in sectors such as real estate, securities, pharmaceutical, education, power and energy, mining, ports, insurance and F&B.
