Yoon & Yang has hired two former presiding judges and a former chief prosecutor as new partners to bolster its litigation and criminal defence practice in Seoul.
Lee Su Yeol, a former presiding judge at the Seongnam branch of the Suwon District Court, and Park Sang Jae, a former presiding judge of the Gwangju District Court, have both joined law firm’s corporate litigation practice group.
Lee is well-versed in the procedures and legal principles of insolvency, M&A and corporate finance, and has been a member of the Insolvency Law Institute of Korea since its establishment.
