Job Description
A leading telecommunications company is seeking a skilled Data Privacy / Data Compliance Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Data Privacy / Data Compliance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our data practices align with relevant privacy laws, regulations, and industry best practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, advise senior leadership, and champion data privacy initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Ensure TelecomTech’s compliance with APAC data privacy laws.
- Develop policies, and conduct privacy impact assessments.
- Collaborate with legal, IT, and security. Train staff on privacy.
- Manage data subject requests.
- Monitor breaches, and develop contingency plans.
- Maintain data inventory, and ensure vendor compliance.
- Bachelor’s in IT, 3+ yrs advising on APAC data privacy, deep knowledge of laws, data mapping, and communication skills.
