Job Description
Seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Head of Compliance in Beijing, China. As the Head of Compliance, you will be responsible for ensuring that the company adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. Your role will involve overseeing compliance activities, maintaining relationships with regulatory authorities, and providing guidance to the organization in matters related to compliance.
Job Requirements
- Master’s degree or above in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in compliance, preferably within the asset management industry.
- Strong knowledge of Chinese regulatory authorities, asset management expertise, legal background preferred.
- Proven ability to develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and controls.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with international stakeholders.
