JunHe welcomes back corporate

Yao Yunke has returned to JunHe as a partner in Shanghai, where she had been an associate with the firm from 2010 to 2016. Yao joined from FuJae Partners, where she was a partner.

Yao advises on corporate and M&A, private equity and compliance matters, with clients from machinery manufacturing, logistics and transportation, auto, trade, chemicals and other industries.
