V&T Law Firm has added Cui Shuaishuai and Ma Yuanrong as partners in its Shanghai and Nanjing offices, respectively.
Cui is a specialist in corporate, capital markets and dispute resolution, dealing with equity financing and private equity. He has many years of experience in commercial litigation and arbitration. He has represented clients in cases regarded by the Supreme People’s Court as typical examples of decisions. Prior to joining V&T, Cui was a senior partner of SG & Co PRC Lawyers.
Ma’s practice focuses on corporate, capital markets and real estate, construction and infrastructure, and she is familiar with corporate law and M&A. Prior to joining V&T, Ma was an equity partner and head of the real estate department at Fadedongheng Law Firm.
