A top US law firm is urgently looking to add a US capital markets staff attorney to be based in Beijing or Hong Kong. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on both HK IPO and US IPO transactions with leading partners in the fields. The role will offer US associate track to the right candidates. Requirements
Ideal candidates should have a US JD from a top US law school and qualified in the US. Strong US JD fresh graduate will also be considered. Native Mandarin and fluent English is required.
