India’s cabinet as per a Press Information press release on 10 November gave its approval for entering into a double taxation avoidance agreement (DTAA) with the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) of China for avoidance of double taxation and prevention of fiscal evasion with respect to income taxes.
