Trowers & Hamlins establishes an India Desk, which aligns with the international law firm’s broader Asia strategy, providing comprehensive legal services.
The India Desk will address the needs of Indian businesses, global corporations with operations in India, and private clients, catering to their international legal requirements.
Debopam Dutta will lead the desk comprising a global team of lawyers from key practice areas within the firm

Dutta, who is based in Oman, brings more than 10 years of experience in working directly in India and handling international transactions involving India from Singapore, London and Tokyo.
Assisting Dutta is a core team of Indian and Indian-origin specialists proficient in multiple languages, stationed in various offices across the UK and the Middle East. Notable team members include Unkar Chanian in Bahrain, Navinder Grover in London and Sapna Desai in Dubai.
