Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to play a meaningful role in working on strategic initiatives to grow and evolve the business. A blue-chip HK listed TMT company, is seeking an experienced transactional lawyer to join their legal team. In this role, you will report to the Group General Counsel and work closely with the Group Chief Financial Officer and with the various projects teams to provide pragmatic and business-oriented advice and solutions for all M&A and investment projects.
Job Requirements
- You will be a corporate lawyer with a minimum of 8 years’ PQE within a leading law firm.
- You must have strong communication skills and the ability to support a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent Cantonese Chinese is a strong plus but not essential. REF: 16754/VTA
