Partners Vicky Fei, Feng Lin and Yan Shaomin have joined Tiantai Law Firm, enhancing its comprehensive expansion process.
Fei, previously a partner at Jun You Law Firm, brings years of professional experience in corporate law, contracts, banking and finance, and regulatory compliance. She has conducted reviews on loan projects involving billions of RMB for the China Development Bank and participated in the establishment of the first domestic private equity fund, Bohai Industrial Investment Fund.
With more than 30 years of practice in the industry, Feng was formerly a senior partner at Zhanda Law Firm. He has expertise in civil and commercial litigation, arbitration cases, and has previously worked at the Economic Tribunal of the Beijing Intermediate People’s Court.
Yan focuses on cyber-related law. Her experience is in legislative research and compliance implementation in data security and personal information protection, e-commerce platform governance, internet medicine, and telecommunications and internet regulations.
