Tiantai Law Firm has expanded its operations with the opening of a second branch in Fujian province, following the success of its Fuzhou office.
The new Quanzhou office, led by partner Huang Yinyang, is staffed by more than 30 legal professionals in distinct departments including capital markets, banking and financing, M&A, restructuring, real estate and construction, intellectual property, dispute resolution, and criminal law.
This strategic move came as Fujian’s GDP ranked eighth in China last year, with Quanzhou placing second among cities in the province.
