DaHui Lawyers hired three partners, Dai Yi, Reking Chen and Chen Yun, to strengthen its dispute resolution and intellectual property capabilities.

Dai’s practice, whose focus is on foreign-related commercial disputes, is experienced at handling related businesses in arbitration, litigation and crisis management.

He is also familiar with the international arbitration procedures of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, China Maritime Arbitration Commission, Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre and other institutions, and provides diversified solutions for ad hoc arbitration cases applicable to the arbitration rules of the London Maritime Arbitrators Association and the Singapore Chamber of Maritime Arbitration.

With 13 years of experience in Singapore and China, Dai had been a partner in the Shanghai office of Wang Jing & Co.

Reking Chen’s practice areas are focused on intellectual property and technology, trademark and copyright, and franchising. He has extensive experience in handling cross-border litigation and non-litigation business. He is qualified to practice both in the US and China, and used to be a partner in the Beijing branch of DLA Piper.

Chen Yun is committed to the field of intellectual property, including infringement of trademark rights and patent rights, disputes over authentic rights, unfair competition, etc. He has worked in the Intermediate People’s Court of Wuxi municipality, Jiangsu province, for years and has accumulated rich experience in judicial trials. Chen Yun used to be a consultant for the joint venture office of Baker McKenzie FenXun.
