Job Description
Our client is a multinational consumer business with their China headquarter in Shanghai. To cope with the China market business, they are now looking for a China Corporate Counsel to join the Asia Legal Team. In this role, you will be looking after all legal matters in the China market, with an upside to expand to other Asia markets.
Requirements
To be qualified, you shall be a PRC qualified lawyer with 5-10 PQE with practice experience in advising on general commercial matters; Prior exposure to consumer business is a plus. Personality-wise, we are looking for someone who is commercially savvy, business-oriented, proactive, and independent. Fluency in written and oral English and Mandarin is required. REF: 16021/VTA
