Job Description
This leading Chinese law firm with strong cross-border legal advisory services is seeking a Patent Partner having over 7 PQE to join its Beijing office.
Requirements
You should have proven experience in prior art searches, prosecuting patent and trademark application, infringement, litigation, and ideally have a background in sciences degree. A strong portable book of business is highly desirable. You must have fluent written and oral Mandarin and English for the role. REF: 16064/VTA
