The Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) Singapore has collaborated with the Singapore International Mediation Centre (SIMC) for a lunchtime webinar on the challenges and potential pitfalls of managing business risk for in-house counsel and C-suite level executives.
Topics covered in the 14 January event included dispute resolution and the benefits of mediation.
Chuan Wee Meng, the chief executive officer and an accredited mediator of the SIMC, shared insights on his experiences in China, when he was general counsel of IBM Asia-Pacific, and as a user of mediation.
