Shirley Fu recently joined Harneys as corporate counsel in Hong Kong, from Maples and Calder.

Fu has experience advising on cross-border corporate and commercial transactions in China and across Asia, specializing in BVI and Cayman Islands law. Her experience spans mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, restructurings, joint ventures, investment fund formation and general corporate matters.
She also boasts general banking and capital markets expertise, including bond issuances and initial public offerings.
