Senior Legal Counsel (10+ PQE) – CN534/VTA

Job Description
For our client, a well-known fintech company in the world, we are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to join their China legal team based in Shanghai. Reporting to the China Legal Director, you will advise on legal and regulatory risk issues relating to sales and marketing activities, communications, and customer services, and drafting various commercial contracts.
Job Requirements
- The ideal candidate must be PRC qualified with over 10 years’ PQE gained from multinational corporations, and/or law firms.
- Financial regulatory experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Admission to major overseas jurisdictions and legal education is highly desirable.
- A good team player with business acumen and the ability to work independently is sought.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin are mandatory. REF: CN524/VTA
