Job Description
Collyer Law LLC is looking for a Senior Legal Associate to undertake a mix of legal work involving advising domestic & international clients on structuring, establishment, registration, and marketing of onshore/offshore funds, investing in a spectrum of asset classes, advising on licensing, regulatory and securities laws issues. Working with our Corporate Finance & Venture Capital teams, you’ll have the chance to advise new fund managers with the establishment of operations in Singapore.
Requirements
. Minimum 4 year’s PQE with relevant work experience in a Singapore law firm or international law firm with a Singapore constituent practice.Relevant regional experience and/or dual qualification will be highly valued
. Top-notch academics and training at international and local law firms
. Drive, initiative, and gumption needed!
. Excellent English communication, both verbal as well as written
. Ability to work in a multi-cultural and collegiate law-firm environment
