Job Description
Excellent opportunity for an experienced employment lawyer to take on an APAC regional role at a Fortune 500 MNC in Shanghai, covering its APAC operations. You will provide legal advice and guidance on a wide range of employment matters in a fast-paced and multinational environment. You will work closely with HR teams on employment issues that arise from their APAC operations.
Requirements
You must be a qualified lawyer with excellent academics plus over 10 years’ PQE of handling employment law with a reputable law firm(s) or an MNC(s). Previous in-house experience in any APAC jurisdiction(s) is highly desirable. A self-starter with a can-do attitude plus experience in training HR and business teams on legal employment issues preferred. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required; an Asian language would be a strong plus. REF: 16344/VTA
