Job Description
A globally well-known education company is looking for a self-motivated senior lawyer to cover their Asian operation on a base of Beijing. Reporting directly to the London-based General Counsel, you will provide legal, compliance, contract and risk management and counsel to support their global business objectives in China and HK. You will also work closely with business teams in Vietnam, Japan, and Thailand to ensure excellence and consistency in legal advice and counsel globally.
Requirements
Ideally, you are PRC, UK, or US qualified with 8-15 years’ PQE of business compliance and commercial legal support with MNCs and/or leading law firms. Previous experience in the education or consumer industry is highly desirable. A pragmatic team player with good interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently under pressure in a fast-paced environment is preferred. Strong drafting skills and fluent English and Mandarin are mandatory. REF: 16337/VTA
