Job Description
A global brand is hiring a Senior Legal Counsel with substantial international transaction experience to join their Hong Kong office. You will contribute to a successful and fast-growing team on cross-broader investment projects, including M&A, private equity, and venture capital transactions.
Requirements
A qualified lawyer with proven transactional experience with the adaptability to Chinese culture in the corporate environment is sought. Enthusiasm for and previous exposure to the technology sectors is highly desirable. Fluency in written and oral English and Mandarin is required. REF: 16210/VTA
