Job Description
Our client, a top-tier UK law firm, is looking to recruit a Senior Associate/Counsel for their highly regarded China Corporate team in Shanghai. This role will entail various corporate transactions, including M&As, private equity, and venture capital.
Requirements
Our client is interested in candidates with over 9 years’ PQE in dealing with high-value, complex, and multi-jurisdictional corporate transactions, currently working at top City firms or major international outfits. The ideal candidate will have stellar academics and a stable career record, as well as the ability to lead on transactions. In addition, fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese is necessary. REF: 16578/VTA
