The Singapore Corporate Counsel Association (SCCA) is holding its in-house counsel competition for law students, the SCCA Legal Eagle Challenge, again this year following last year’s inaugural success.
Last year saw more than 160 participants from five schools, and participants will again assume the role of a general counsel in a realistic simulation of their work.
This year, the participants will be asked to provide advice on employees’ usage of social media, and the implementation of a social media policy, in a world where the divide between work and personal is becoming less clear.
