Capital markets expert Ryan Tou joins White & Case

White & Case’s Hong Kong office has welcomed Ryan Tou as a capital markets partner, bringing expertise in corporate finance, particularly in handling IPOs, block trades and private placements.

Tou was formerly an of counsel at Allen & Overy before taking up his new role at White & Case. Last year, he advised the underwriters on Supcon Technology’s USD565 million GDR issuance on the SIX Swiss Exchange, which was the second largest trading event of its kind in 2023.
