Sanjay Kumar and Arpita Sawhney have joined Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan as partners, strengthening the firm’s IP practice.
Both lawyers were formerly partners at IP boutique Remfry & Sagar. Kumar was also the head of Remfry’s patent department. He now assumes a role as head of the IP division at Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan’s Delhi office, where Sawhney will be leading one of the litigation teams.
“I can simply say [Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan is] a very good firm. The firm is excellent in terms of its people and overall there are a lot of opportunities and a lot of challenges,” Kumar told India Business Law Journal.
