Reed Smith has appointed Milbank associate Teo Hui Ling as a partner in its global transportation industry group in Singapore.
Teo, who had been an associate at Milbank in Singapore for more than seven years, specialises in high-value transactions. She has led transactions in excess of USD2.8 billion, advising leading aircraft leasing companies, airlines, manufacturers and financial institutions.
She also has expertise in pre-delivery purchase financing, large portfolio trading and financing, M&A, restructuring and insolvency, and alternative investment structures.
Teo is known for her interest in co-creating solutions and supporting the transportation industry with green financing to accelerate the move towards environmentally friendly and sustainable operations and flights.
