Mumbai-based Rajani Associates and Delhi law firm Singhania & Partners have signed an agreement to merge their practices under the name Rajani Singhania & Partners. The combined firm will have about 100 lawyers and 10 partners.
Prem Rajani, the managing partner of Rajani Associates, and Ravi Singhania, the managing partner of Singhania & Partners, will be joint managing partners of the new firm.
