TT&A, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co and Trilegal have acted on Quadria Capital’s USD100 million acquisition of a minority stake in Aragen Life Sciences.

TT&A acted for Quadria Capital, Asia’s healthcare and private equity firm, in its acquisition of a minority stake in Aragen Life Sciences, an R&D and manufacturing company, through a combination of primary and secondary investments.

TT&A partners Gautam Saha and Amrita Patnaik led the team, with the support of managing associates Ambika Sahai and Garvita Mehrotra as well as senior associate Aditi Somani.

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co advised Aragen, while Trilegal acted for Goldman Sachs.

The funding will drive Aragen’s strategic capabilities and infrastructure to meet the increasing demand for outsourcing services from innovators across the US and Europe.

Quadria’s investment positions it alongside Goldman Sachs as a strategic investor in Aragen, which delivers comprehensive concept to clinic and concept to commercial solutions. Aragen’s client portfolio spans diverse health sectors, including human, animal and plant.
