Norton Rose Fulbright has hired corporate lawyer Keith McGuire as a consultant in Singapore. McGuire was a partner at Pricewaterhouse Coopers Legal in Singapore for more than four years.
Having more than 30 years of experience in cross-border M&A with a strong focus on energy and infrastructure sectors in Asia-Pacific, McGuire has been based in Asia since 1991. He was a partner at Allen & Overy in Singapore and London for 12 years and a partner at Ashurst in Singapore for six years.
