Simmons & Simmons has appointed its partner in the financial markets group, Eva Chan, as the new head of Hong Kong office, effective from 1 January 2022. Chan succeeded Fiona Loughrey, who had been the head of office for the past few years. She joined the firm in 2005 and has more than 18 years of experience in advising global asset managers and financial institutions on a wide range of investment fund-related matters.
