PSL Advocates has opened a new office at Gold Towers, 50 Residency Road in Bengaluru. Siddharth Jain, the firm’s co-founding partner, will move to the country’s IT capital to head the office. His practice areas are dispute resolution, corporate restructuring, financial transactions, data protection and competition law.
“[Siddharth] shall be heading the data protection initiative of our practice,” said Sameer Jain, the co-managing partner at PSL. “He will drive our new office, which will provide a full spectrum of litigation, arbitration and corporate advisory services to the business community in Bengaluru.”
Jain will be accompanied by associates Alok Gowdara Shivamurthy and Akshat NM. The firm already has offices in New Delhi, Mumbai and Chandigarh.
