Ashurst has hired projects lawyer Andrew Roche in its Singapore office as a partner in the firm’s international projects group. He joined from Latham & Watkins, where he was a partner since 2014.
Roche has more than 15 years of experience advising on the development, project financing and acquisition of energy, resources and infrastructure projects in the Asia-Pacific. He advises financiers, sponsors, developers and host governments on projects in the oil and gas, petrochemicals, power, mining and infrastructure sectors.
