Shiraz Patodia, a partner and litigator with Dua Associates, has chosen to stay with her firm and turn down an offer to join Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co (SAM).
Patodia was to become SAM’s deputy head of dispute resolution and would also have sat on its independent management committee.
SAM’s executive director, Shardul Shroff, did not respond to India Business Law Journal’s request for a comment on this development.
