Two lawyers have left OP Khaitan & Co to set up a new full-service firm called Integrity Law Offices. The departure of junior partner Arihant Jain and partner Nidhi Mathur follows a money laundering probe into the ₹36 billion (US$583 million) AgustaWestland helicopter deal that resulted in the arrest of managing partner Gautam Khaitan.
