IndusLaw gains labour partner
IndusLaw has hired Manishii Pathak as a partner in its New Delhi office. Pathak joins from Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas and has over 25 years of experience.
“Manishii is a great addition to our team and will significantly bolster our already well-regarded labour and employment law practice,” said IndusLaw senior partner Gaurav Dani.
Pathak has experience in corporate law advisory, labour and employment laws, M&A and regulatory advisory. He has advised foreign companies, Indian subsidiaries of foreign companies and Indian companies on complex labour and employment matters.
ILO takes over Bengaluru firm
India Law Offices (ILO) has acquired Bengaluru-based BRK Law Partners and has brought in its managing partner Vijay Belavadi as a partner. Belavadi has 15 years of experience and focuses on real estate and contract disputes, corporate and civil matters.
