HSA energy partner leaves
Rahul Arora, a partner in the energy and infrastructure practice of HSA Advocates, has left to join Trilegal. He will be based in the firm’s New Delhi office.
Arora’s experience covers various aspects of energy and infrastructure projects and a large part of his practice is dedicated to real estate matters, including environment law, forestry and land laws.
Prior to HSA, Arora was at Khaitan & Co and J Sagar Associates. With his joining, Trilegal’s partnership strength grows to 52.
JSA boosts tax team
J Sagar Associates (JSA) has hired Manish Mishra as a partner in its Gurgaon office. Mishra joins from BDO India, where he worked for more than two years and also held the position of partner.
He led the indirect tax practice for northern India at BDO, which is considered to be one of the leading practices for the region.
Mishra is a lawyer and cost accountant with more than 20 years of experience in indirect taxation.
