Madhurima Mukherjee, the head of Luthra & Luthra’s capital markets practice, left the firm on 22 August. She said her departure would enable her to “move on and explore other opportunities and other platforms”.
A capital markets and corporate finance specialist, Mukherjee is credited with building Luthra’s robust capital markets practice. She spent seven years with the firm, prior to which she worked at Amarchand Mangaldas.
