A Spanish infrastructure firm, Isolux Corsan, has teamed up with Morgan Stanley Infrastructure to develop highway concession projects in India.
Isolux already owns 50% of three highway concession projects in India: Varanasi-Aurangabad, Surat-Hazira and Kishangarh-Beawar. The other 50% is held by Hyderabad-based Soma Enterprises.
Morgan Stanley and Isolux will now jointly finance the development of the concessions and other highway projects in the country.
