Milbank has hired corporate and M&A lawyers David Cho as partner in its global corporate group and managing partner in its Seoul office. Cho joined from Dechert, where he was the head of the Hong Kong office and co-managing partner of Asia for more than nine years.
Temporarily based in Los Angeles, Cho will relocate to Seoul, along with his Hong Kong-based team comprising special counsel Spencer Park and associates Amos Yoo and Susan Yoon.
