Job Description
A top US law firm is actively looking for a mid-level funds associate to join its busy team in Hong Kong. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on funds formation matters across Asia Pacific region. Ideally, you need to be US qualified and have a US LL.M / JD from a top US law school, and should have around 3-6 years’ prior funds experience from an international or a top tier law firm.
